Eric Francis has been a Calgary sports columnist since 1994, covering everything from the Flames and Stampeders to the British Open, Super Bowl and Olympics. Eric is also a best-selling author and longtime morning show host on JACK FM who spent two years on Hockey Night in Canada before moving over to Sportsnet where he is a Flames TV analyst and senior columnist.<\/p>\n
Francis is extremely active in the community, emceeing various charity events including his Charity Hotstoves and his beloved Pizza Pigout, which raised $70,000 at his 16th annual for KidSport Calgary.<\/p>\n
