KidSport Edmonton exists because of our incredible partners and enthusiastic volunteers. Whether you’re an avid sports fan, believe that health and wellness are critical to childhood success, or you simply want to make your community a better place, we want YOU on our team!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are continually searching for volunteers to assist in many essential roles, at a variety of fun events and activities throughout the year. Opportunities range from one-off support at our fundraising events, to strategic positions on one of our chapter committees. You can even volunteer to plan your own fundraiser, and really get into the spirit of KidSport!<\/p>\n

If you’re interested in being part of the enthusiastic, Edmonton Team that is working towards making it, ‘So ALL<\/em> Kids Can Play!’<\/strong> then what are you waiting for?!<\/p>\n

When you join the KidSport Klub your monthly donation of $25 (or more) will create equal access to sports programs for 1 (or more) KidSport Kids!<\/p>\n

“This is coming a bit late as we are wrapping up another term of synchronized swimming for my daughter, but we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for approving funding for another session with NOVA Artistic Swimming. Her confidence in the pool is increasing by leaps and bounds, and she enjoys her lessons with NOVA so much, she feels like her hour-long lessons “feel like just 10 minutes!” We are so grateful that she is able to continue this new passion of hers, made possible by a program like KidSport. Make KidSport Edmonton your charity of choice for golf tournaments, weddings, birthdays, bottle drives, 50\/50 raffles, and so much more!<\/p>\n

KidSport is also a great way to bring your workplace together: Events like Jeans\/ Jersey Fridays, holiday parties, client appreciation events, golf tournaments, bottle drives, office Olympics, 50\/50’s, and office sports pools are all made better by adding a charitable component. Donate a portion or all of the proceeds to KidSport Edmonton.<\/p>\n

All funds raised stay in the community to help local kids play sport.<\/p>\n

Did you know…<\/strong><\/p>\n

If your sport club has remaining cash in your accounts at the end of the season\/year, you can donate it to KidSport and we will recycle the funds to put KidSport kids back into the game?! Better yet, we will use the dollars donated by the sport club to place KidSport kids into that sport i.e., when a hockey team\/club donates, then next hockey season… their donation goes towards subsidizing KidSport kids’ registration fees to access hockey.<\/p>\n
