It's our 25th anniversary at KidSport Wood Buffalo and we invite you to become our ‘$25 for the 25th’ campaign donor. So All Kids Can Play Did you know all funds raised in Wood Buffalo remain in the region? We sponsor up to 400 kids a year in the region to play organized sports. For only $25 a month you make an impact in a child’s life right here in the region. In 1995, a group of volunteers decided that sports were too important for kids to miss out on. 25 years later, 37 chapters of volunteers and staff have invested over $25 million to help nearly 120,000 local kids off the sidelines and into a season of sport. KidSport provides funding to offset the costs of registering a child into a season of sport. $600 helps one child for one year, meaning they are healthier today, and that they have the life skills to be successful tomorrow.
