For families located outside of Edmonton area, there are options available. A remote sizing kit can be sent to you and no-cost equipment shipment options are available through our trusted partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosenau.ca\/\">Rosenau Transport Ltd<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/Sport-Central-Style-Guide-Sept-8-2015111-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"116\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/logo-rosenau-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"114\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>COMMON Questions<\/h2>\r\n<p><a id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" href=\"void(0);\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">What is the Oil Country Hockey Assist Program?<\/a> <a id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" href=\"#\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>The Hockey Assist Program (HAP) is a fee assistance program that covers up to $750 towards registration fees connected to competition and season-based ice hockey programs.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>HAP Season 3 Funding Rules:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Season 3 runs from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025<\/li>\r\n<li>Maximum funding amount available per kid is $750.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>A kid is only eligible for HAP funding ONCE per season (i.e., learn to skate program OR full hockey season)<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>If your child will be registered for learn to skate and hockey this season, apply for the more expensive program through the KidSport HAP program.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>All approved kids receive access to no-cost sport equipment through Sport Central<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" href=\"void(0);\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">What programs are covered by the Oil Country Hockey Assist Program?<\/a> <a id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\" href=\"#\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>The Oil Country Hockey Assist Program helps subsidize hockey registration (max: $750) and gives you access to no-cost equipment through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sportcentral.org\/\">Sport Central<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>The following programs are covered through the HAP program.
