SportJeunesse Sunshine Coast existe grâce à ses merveilleux partenaires et bénévoles enthousiastes. Que vous soyez un fervent amateur de sport, un partisan de la santé et du mieux-être pour les enfants ou simplement une personne qui souhaite améliorer la qualité de vie dans sa communauté, nous voulons vous avoir dans notre équipe.
Nous sommes constamment à la recherche de nouveaux bénévoles pour jouer divers rôles essentiels lors d’événements et d’activités organisés durant l’année. Les possibilités varient, de l’aide ponctuelle offerte lors d’une collecte de fonds à l’exercice d’une fonction stratégique au sein de notre comité de section. Vous pouvez même organiser votre propre collecte de fonds et vraiment vous mettre dans l’esprit de SportJeunesse!

KidSport Sunshine Coast traditionally has two annual events: in mid-September the secondary school grads in Gibsons host a Fall FunFest. The afternoon starts with a Grade 12 versus teacher ball game, followed by a BBQ, carnival games, bouncy castles and many, many door prizes donated by hundreds of companies on the Sunshine Coast! In early December the Annual Turkey Shoot is held at the Blackfish Pub in Gibsons with 2 turkeys donated by all grocers on the Coast raffled every 15 minutes between 4-8:00 pm. Both events are fun-filled and major fundraisers for KidSport.
