The MOVE 430 Challenge is back for 2026, and we&#8217;re excited to invite communities across Manitoba to get involved &#8211; both by participating <em data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"476\">and<\/em> by helping spread the word. MOVE 430 is a national, virtual fundraising event supporting KidSport Manitoba, running from April 1-30, 2026. Participants of all ages are challenged to complete 30 minutes of movement every day for 30 days. Whether you walk, run, dance, bike, stretch, or play, every move counts! With exciting daily, weekly, and grand prizes, MOVE 430 makes staying active fun while supporting a powerful cause: helping ensure kids across Manitoba have access to sport.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1036\">\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1036\">We&#8217;re Looking for Regional Social Media Volunteers<\/h3>\r\n<p>To help MOVE 430 reach communities across the province, we&#8217;re looking for <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1135\">regional volunteers<\/strong> who are active on social media and want to help promote the challenge.<\/p>\r\n<p>This role is perfect for people who:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Enjoy using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)<\/li>\r\n<li>Are passionate about inclusivity, movement, and kids&#8217; access to sport<\/li>\r\n<li>Want a flexible, low-commitment way to give back<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to be an influencer or post every day &#8211; just a willingness to share and help spread awareness in your region.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1036\">\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1645\">What Volunteers Will Do<\/h3>\r\n<p>MOVE 430 social media volunteers will:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1903\">\r\n<li data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1763\">Share MOVE 430 posts and stories on their personal social media accounts<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1836\">Encourage friends, family, and followers to register and participate<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1903\">Help amplify the message of movement, inclusion, and community<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>We&#8217;ll provide sample captions, graphics, and key messaging, so you&#8217;ll have everything you need to participate with confidence.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1036\">\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2345\">How to Get Involved<\/h3>\r\n<p>Interested in becoming a MOVE 430 social media volunteer?
