Participate in a\u00a0pickleball event where players rotate through matches throughout the afternoon, allowing everyone on the team to get on the court while connecting with colleagues and other participating companies. There is a minimum entry fee, but each team is encouraged to fundraise in support of the cause.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li data-end=\"52\" data-section-id=\"19haewa\" data-start=\"0\"><strong data-end=\"18\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"2\">Date &amp; Time:<\/strong>\u00a0Thursday, May 7 | 12:00-4:00 PM<\/li>\r\n<li data-end=\"108\" data-section-id=\"p9nu6q\" data-start=\"53\"><strong data-end=\"68\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"55\">Location:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/A5s5fEdMP9vNLycm7\">Pickleball Club of Winnipeg<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li data-end=\"179\" data-section-id=\"vkz3t2\" data-start=\"109\"><strong data-end=\"125\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"111\">Team Size:<\/strong>\u00a0Minimum of 2 players, maximum of 6 players per team<\/li>\r\n<li data-end=\"233\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-section-id=\"kpgvdf\" data-start=\"180\"><strong data-end=\"217\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"182\">Team Fee \/ Fundraising Minimum:<\/strong>\u00a0$1,000 per team<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>While teams will take part in the on-court pickleball event, fundraising is a key part of the day. The\u00a0<strong data-end=\"1371\" data-start=\"1340\">top three fundraising teams<\/strong>\u00a0will earn a spot in a special feature bracket alongside\u00a0<strong data-end=\"1451\" data-start=\"1428\">two celebrity teams<\/strong>\u00a0made up of local athletes and personalities (to be announced). This gives participants the opportunity to meet local celebrities, step onto the court with them, and be part of a memorable moment at the event.<\/p>\r\n<p>This event proudly supports KidSport Manitoba, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing financial barriers that prevent children from participating in organized sport. Through community fundraising and donations, KidSport helps cover sport registration fees for families who otherwise could not afford them. Our mission is simple:\u00a0<strong data-end=\"1068\" data-start=\"996\">no kid should be left on the sidelines because of financial barriers<\/strong>.
