Tracey is the owner of RESET:breathe an online fitness business where she is helping others feel good and is an advocate for movement.
Tracey met her husband when they were both athletes for UPEI- field hockey and hockey. They now have 4 children- Cole, Evy, Stella, Luke. Tracey played many sports including: soccer, rugby, track & field, provincial figure skating, hockey and field hockey. Field hockey was her major sport as she played twice at Canada games, 5 years playing for UPEI where she was team captain for 4, and then coached the UPEI field hockey team for 4 seasons – winning the Atlantic title 3 times and won Atlantic coach of the year on 3 occasions. Tracey also completed Ironman triathlon in 2004 and is training for a half ironman.
“Sport was a huge part of my life, my whole life. It gives me so much pride watching my kids play and I’m so grateful for the opportunities and friendships that sport has given me. It teaches resilience, leadership, how to fall and get back up and allows us to feel a part of something.”
