Kameron Kielly is a home grown talent currently playing for the UPEI Panthers Men’s Hockey team. He grew up playing for the Sherwood Falcons and the Charlottetown Islanders (Midget AAA).<\/p>\n
In 2011\/12 he was named to the Canada Atlantic U17 team, and the following year was named again, this time as Captain. That same 2011\/12 season, Kielly joined the Gatineau Olympiques of the QMJHL as a 15-year-old.<\/p>\n
The 2012\/13 season saw Kielly head back to PEI to join the Charlottetown Islanders and he hasn’t looked back. Kameron played 4 seasons with the Islanders and finished his career with 306 games played and 202 points.<\/p>\n
Following his junior career Kameron committed to the UPEI Panthers program. Kielly finished his 3rd year with the Panthers on a high note, as he was named a 2nd Team AUS All-star for the 2nd consecutive season. In 90 games with the Panthers Kameron has accumulated 127 points.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Kameron has recently turned pro, after signing a contract with the AHL’s Iowa Wild.<\/p>\n
