Il a commenc\u00e9 par jouer au hockey junior avec les Pats de Regina et a ensuite jou\u00e9 pour quatre \u00e9quipes au cours de huit saisons de la Ligue nationale de hockey.<\/p>\n<p>Aider les jeunes de la Saskatchewan est une priorit\u00e9 pour lui, et il a travaill\u00e9 pendant des d\u00e9cennies pour donner \u00e0 nos jeunes les m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s sportives que celles qu'il a eues... pour que TOUS les enfants puissent jouer ! Garry est connu autant pour son travail philanthropique que pour ses ann\u00e9es de hockey professionnel. Il a commenc\u00e9 par parler aux autres de l'importance d'aider les jeunes \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leurs r\u00eaves gr\u00e2ce au pouvoir du sport, et il continue de soutenir sa conviction par son appui continu \u00e0 KidSport.
