Kayden a fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 l'Universit\u00e9 de Saskatchewan pendant un an avant d'\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 York o\u00f9 il a excell\u00e9 en athl\u00e9tisme et en football.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En 2020, Johnson est rep\u00each\u00e9 par les BC Lions. Avec l'annulation de la saison 2020 en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, la carri\u00e8re de Johnson dans la LCF a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en pause. Il en a profit\u00e9 pour tenter de se faire une place dans l'\u00e9quipe canadienne de bobsleigh.
