University of Regina – Track and Field<\/p>\n

Sport has meant so much to me in a variety of different ways throughout my athletic career. It has offered me a sense of confidence and acceptance in my early years, an education in my university years, and now I see it as self-improvement. It doesn’t matter whether you are the best or not, there is something to be said for making a goal, working towards it, and achieving it, no matter how small. A sense of drive and motivation is huge.<\/p>\n

Why did you want to be a KidSport Ambassador?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I wanted to be a kidsport ambassador to give back to the community and help the next generation. Many of my friends who I grew up with playing sports were supported by KidSport. Without this program I may have never met them. I want others to have that opportunity.<\/p>\n
