Morgan has dedicated his life to sport and is currently playing for HC Sochi of the Kontinental Hockey League.
Having grown up in East Bideford PEI, Morgan participated in many sports, but fell in love with the game of Hockey. His decision to focus on hockey was rewarded, after making his NHL debut in 2016 with the Montreal Canadians.
When asked why it was important for Morgan to become part of Team KidSport PEI, he talked about how “sports played a key role in my growth as a person, and it teaches you important tools and lessons that you will take with you for the rest of your life. It’s a great program to be a part of that is giving kids the opportunity to participate in sports that they might not of had the chance to do and I think that is great!”
