KidSport North Bay Donates to The North Bay Special Olympics

KidSport North Bay is thrilled to donate $2,154.00 to The North Bay Special Olympics. This donation came about through KidSport’s Community Partnership with the North Bay Battalion and an unclaimed prize from the 50/50 draws which are held at all Battalion Home games.

Shannon Johnson-Community Coordinator advised that this generous donation will assist with the cost of sending eight of their local North Bay athletes to the Special Olympics Canadian National Summer games, July 31^st-August 5^th in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, “stated in a news release”.
