ABOUT

KidSport Sault Ste. Marie

We provide grants to help cover the costs of registration fees so that all kids aged 18 and under in Sault Ste. Marie can play a season of sport.

Our chapter accepts applications and administers grants of up to $500 per child/year, for kids who live in Sault Ste. Marie. If you live outside of Sault Ste. Marie please contact the Provincial Office to find your nearest chapter, or to get support through the Provincial Fund.

The following documentation is required when applying for a grant:

Organization/club/league registration form.
Quote from a retailer if equipment is requested (do not buy the equipment before submitting a grant application).
Income verification which includes: Notice of assessment and 3 consecutive paystubs. Or social assistance documentation for each adult in the household.
