KidSport Ontario continues to strengthen its position as a critical partner in the provincial sport system with the election of three new Board members. The appointments of Sara-Emilie Clark, Pamela Julian, and Kristine Sansano rounds out a Board of experienced and committed supporters of accessible youth sport, and will help the forward momentum of the organization.

Sara-Emilie Clark is a government and public relations specialist based in Toronto, where she works with a wide variety of industries to advocate for policies and investments that support Canadians and make a positive impact. She has extensive volunteer and community leadership experience, including with a United Nations Safe Cities Committee, Fora: Network for Change, Plan International Canada, Lead Thru Sport, and the Young Canadians Roundtable on Health. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Toronto and is motivated strongly by the pursuit of gender equity and advancing women’s leadership.

 

Pam Julian is a nationally recognized sport leader whose career has been shaped by a simple but powerful belief: that every child deserves the chance to play. With over 15 years of executive experience leading provincial sport organizations, including Dive Ontario, Ringette Ontario and most recently, Ontario Cycling, Pam brings deep expertise in governance, strategic planning, Safe Sport, and building inclusive cultures where kids and communities can thrive. She has contributed to national policy initiatives on Safe Sport, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and Long-Term Athlete Development, and has dedicated her career to building the strong organizational foundations that allow young athletes to flourish.

Kristine Sansano is a customer success and operations leader with over 10 years of experience working across digital, sports, and technology organizations. Outside of her professional work, she’s passionate about creating access and opportunity and is actively involved in her community, volunteering with organizations like TIFF, Hot Docs, the Toronto Fringe Festival, and The Corsage Project.
