Emmarae Dale is an all-round athlete who has excelled in many sports. Born and raised Saskatchewan girl, started tackle football with the Saskatoon Valkyries after graduating high school, winning two national titles. She diversified into Track and Field while attending University and competed at the Canada Summer Games and USPORTS nationals where she was named an Academic All-Canadian.
Most recently, Emmarae was recruited by the Saskatoon Hilltops, making her the first female to be playing in the Canadian Junior Football League!
