On August 27, 2023, The Canadian Brewhouse ran its annual golf tournament, this year supporting KidSport Alberta.
“We are so grateful for the support of The Canadian Brewhouse through their golf tournament this year” said KidSport Alberta Executive Director, Kelly Oehlerking. “We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our amazing partners, and we are thrilled to have Canadian Brewhouse on our team, helping us work towards a future where all kids in Alberta have the opportunity to play.”
It was a great day on the course at RedTail Landing, whose staff went above and beyond all day to make the tournament a great experience for all involved. A huge thank you also goes to all the volunteers for all their hard work – the tournament could not have happened without them!
We are thrilled to announce a total donation of $18,419.22 to KidSport Alberta! This contribution will allow us to support 53 more kids into sport this year!
Canadian Brewhouse Regional Director Patrick Kehdy spoke about why they chose to support our cause: “Kidsport Alberta teaches kids the importance of teamwork and giving back to the community. They don't only give kids a chance to play sports but they have a chance to make a difference in their lives! Teaching the kids life lessons that they otherwise may not have had the chance to learn and allowing them to build relationships with other kids is very beneficial! The Canadian Brewhouse Group of Families is very excited to continue our partnership with KidSport for many years to come.”
We are extremely excited about the results in our first year of this event together, and we look forward to great things to come with Canadian Brewhouse in the future!
