Introducing Chad Posthumus – KidSport Ambassador

KidSport Manitoba is thrilled to welcome a new ambassador to our team! Chad Posthumus of the Winnipeg Sea Bears has agreed to help support KidSport and ensure every kid has a chance to play!

Chad, who was born and raised in Winnipeg, spent the past nine years playing professional basketball. He’s played in the NBA Summer league, Japan Basketball League, National Basketball League of Canada (NBL), Liga Nacional do Básquet, and the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). Chad was the first player ever to sign with the Winnipeg Sea Bears in their inaugural season, bringing the Beast from River East home to Manitoba!

On January 5th, 2024 Chad will be hosting a basketball camp in support of KidSport at the Sport Manitoba facility. Please click the link below to learn more and register.
