OUR STORY
Since 1993
From humble beginnings and big dreams to the National stage and even bigger impact - our story has always been about kids and sport. We began as a program of Sport BC, with a goal to help families overcome the prohibitive cost of sport. Since then we’ve expanded across Canada, giving tens of thousands of kids each year the opportunity to participate in organized sport.

85% of Canadians agree that sports participation builds stronger communities, and so many Canadian childhoods were shaped by the connections and encouragement they found through organized sport.
Because the KidSport program starts at one of 166 local or Provincial/Territory chapters, it has a genuine and tangible impact on real kids and our communities.
