Founder and CEO of ELEV8 Lacrosse Inc., Geoff Snider, has played 19 Seasons of professional lacrosse. His complete dedication at all levels of the sport is both genuine and passionate. Geoff is compelled to assist ELEV8 student-athletes reach their maximum potential while creating enriched training and learning opportunities both on and off the field.
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Geoff began his lacrosse career with the Burnaby Lakers of the BC Junior ‘A” Lacrosse League, winning three Minto cups.
During his professional NLL playing career with the Calgary Roughnecks and Philadelphia Wings, Geoff was the two-time NLL All-Star MVP (2008 & 2012), the NLL’s all-time leader in regular season faceoff wins (2,468) and playoff wins (208). Geoff was named to five NLL All-Star games (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 & 2012).
On the international stage, Geoff has represented Canada Six times at the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship, four times as a player, capturing two gold medals (2006 & 2014) and an MVP title (2006) and two silver medals (2010 & 2018) and twice as an Assistant Coach (2012, 2016) with the National Men’s Under 19 Canadian Field Lacrosse Team.
When not playing lacrosse, Geoff is focused on developing the ELEV8 Lacrosse brand; educating and developing student-athletes to take the next step in their lacrosse career and become excellent citizens in the community. Geoff looks forward to spearheading the program’s influence throughout Canada in the coming years.
