Growing up in small town Quebec, Trish was fortunate to be involved in a variety of sports: from figure skating to equestrian and everything in between!

Trish focused on rugby at the College (John Abbott), University (McGIll), provincial (Quebec) and developmental national levels while still in Quebec.  An adventure to Fort McMurray for work, and a few rugby games later, Trish took up the sport of Triathlon. In this new activity, Trish competed in various events in Alberta & British Columbia and at the 2010 ITU World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.  After moving from Fort McMurray to Calgary, Trish tried out the sport of Australian Rules Football in 2015 with the Calgary Kookaburras.  She has since been named to the Canadian National Women’s Team that competed at the 2017 International Cup in August in Melbourne, Australia.  The Northern Lights finished the tournament in the Silver medal position!

Trish works as a Maintenance Specialist in the Oil & Gas industry.

Trish has no doubt that everything she’s learned about life and how to interact with others – both on the field of play and off of it –  has been through sport.  Trish wants all kids to have that same opportunity and supports KidSport Calgary & Area in their mission to remove financial barriers that prevent kids from playing organized sport.
